Single room prices for two people

NORMAL PRICE - corresponds to reservations formalized directly by the interested party or third parties (travel agencies, tour operators or other intermediaries), through credit card Network or Visa or bank deposit, Reservations made with credit cards can be financed up to 3 payments, without interest. The reservations formalized by bank deposit can be made with 1/3 of the value of the lodging, completing the payment at check-out. The normal price, also called the "counter tariff", applies to the advance payments made at the hostel.

PROMOTIONAL PRICE - discount of around 7.2% (seven and a half percent) on the normal price of lodging, provided that you accept the following conditions: (1) minimum of two nights; (2) reservation formalized by payment in full, at least 48 hours before the start of the accommodation; (3) payment of the lodging, at the time of booking, by bank deposit in the full amount of the lodging; (4) in case of cancellation (in the show), for whatever reason, the amount paid is not refundable.

All our units are for two people, except for the Cabernet Apartment which has a third bed, and in the Loire and Champagne cottages, which can accommodate 1 or 2 people, in a sofa bed and a sofa bed, for an extra charge. (surcharge of R $ 300.00 in any unit) We do not have extra beds, mattresses, nor do we host children under 16 years.

Daily Includes:

  • free use of our CDs and DVDs.
  • towels for pool, on request at reception.

EXPENSES WITH MEALS AND DRINKS - meals and beverages expenses must be paid in cash at check out, with no restrictions on the use of checks and credit cards Rede or Visa.

SERVICE RATE - The service fee is intended to reward the employees of the inn and pay for extraordinary services such as wi-fi connection, use of dry and steam saunas, daily replenishment of firewood and use of CDs and DVDs. In the amount of 10% (ten percent), the service charge is levied solely on the value of the daily and the consumption of meals and beverages. It does not focus on phone calls and consumption of frigo-bar.

ADDITIONAL VALUES - We do not charge Tax on Services - ISS, nor tourist tax. The price of telephone calls has no added value.

LENGTH OF STAY - In the chalet of superior charm or in the luxury chalets the reservations are conditioned to the minimum stay of 2 (two) per day. Exceptionally, we may reserve these units for one (1) day, provided that (1) the 24 (twenty four) hours prior to the desired day and (2) by providing the Mastercard, Diners or Visa credit card number and authorization for the full launch of the normal daily price;

PROPORTIONAL DISCOUNTS - For accommodations for a period equal or superior to three (3) nights, we may offer discounts or advantages proportional to the stay, at our discretion. Indispensable to call and negotiate before you formalize your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY - In the formalized reservations with the payment of the normal price, the amount paid is refundable in the event of withdrawal, observing the following: (1) up to 15 (fifteen) days prior to the scheduled check-in date: return of the amount deposited, with a 12% (twelve percent) withholding tax, intended to cover tax expenses, agency fees, credit card fees and bank charges; (2) between 14 (fourteen) and 7 (seven) days prior to the date of check-in: the amount deposited shall be converted into credit in favor of the guest or third party indicated by him, valid for six (6) months; (3) between 6 (6) and 4 days prior: the amount deposited will be lost, but may be converted into credit, provided that the reserved unit is sold for a period equal to or greater than the reserve. (4) less than 72 hours: the amount deposited will be forfeited, whether or not prior notification of non-attendance.
