Chef Erni and her Basic Seasonings

Passionate about cooking, the chef Erni Vianna say that for the preparation of a dish, uses three basic spices:

A simple kitchen, which is not a copy of traditional French cuisine, but the natural result of spontaneous fusion of knowledge and century-old French techniques with the ingredients, spices and fruits typical of our land - legacy by our Indians and blacks. A kitchen that has nailed foundations in revenues and European traditions, but that is strongly marked by the products and typical Brazilian spices.

Our Bar

Our bar offers aperitifs and digestives, highlighting sparkling and reflection and dessert wines, such as sherry, port, banyus, sauternes, tokay and the like, as well as grape distillate, namely cognacs, armagnacs, marcs, grappas and single grape . But we are not radical: the top ten whiskey brands are present, as well as the twenty most popular liquors, as well as rum, vodka, gin and our popular cachaça.

We have an "industrial restaurant" where, at any time, the person sitting at the table, the waiter writes down the order and the delivery in the kitchen where, among dozens of ready-made dishes in the series, he is quickly handled and finalized for in a few minutes it is served at the table.

Vegetables, herbs and condiments are the most common of our organic garden. Some vegetables, fruits and animals are from right here from our farm or the Valley of the Vines, rural area where great chefs Valley of Gourmets come get your raw material.
