Booking Policy

How to book:

  • On this site you can find answers regarding prices and reservation formalization. We offer daily telephone contact between 9am and 5pm to supplement information that is unsatisfactory or may not be found.
  • Our rates are for two people per unit of lodging, in double bed. We have three units that do not follow this rule: an apartment with three single beds and two chalets that can receive a third or a fourth person respectively in a trundle and a sofa bed. In these exceptional cases, a reduced individual rate is charged by the additional person.
  • We do not formalize "room reservation" without prior payment of at least 1/3 of the amount of the accommodation. Payment can be made by bank deposit or credit card data. We offer guests a normal price and a promotional price (reduced), due to the chosen form of payment.
  • Normal Price   - corresponds to reservations formalized directly by the interested party or third parties (travel agencies, tour operators or other intermediaries), with payment by Diners, Rede or Visa credit cards, or bank deposit. Formalized reservations with credit card can be financed in up to 3 payments, without interest. Reservations formalized by bank deposit can be made with 1/3 of the accommodation value, completing the payment at the time of arrival (check-in). The normal price, also called the "counter tariff", applies to advance hotel payments, made at the hostel's counter, by last minute guests.
  • Promotional price   - corresponds to the formalized reserves discounted around 6.5% (six and a half percent) over the normal price of lodging. This price is subject to two conditions: (a) payment through full bank deposit; (b) in case of withdrawal (in the show), for whatever reason, the amount paid is not re-usable.
  • Reserves By Bank Deposit   - expressing the concrete interest of formalizing the reservation in a particular unit by means of a bank deposit, the hostel blocks this unit in the name of the interested party, provides the bank details for the deposit and establishes a deadline for the deposit and the delivery of the supporting document (copy or scaner) to the e-mail Once the deadline has expired, and the adjusted payment has not been confirmed, the lock is automatically undone and the unit can be reserved for another interested party.
  • Booking formalization   - the reservation is considered formalized or concluded with the sending of a document (voucher) to the interested party's e-mail, called Reservation Confirmation.

Lenght of stay

  • In the chalet of superior charm and in the luxury chalets, the reservations are conditioned to the minimum stay of 2 (two) nights. Exceptionally, we can make reservation in these units for one (1) night, provided that (a) in the twenty-four (24) hours prior to the desired day and (2) by providing the Network or Visa credit card number and authorization for the release of the daily price.

The rates include:

  • breakfast, served in the dining room between 8:30 and 11:00.
  • free parking, In cottages of charm and superior charm, in exclusive vacancy, next to the unit. In the luxury chalets, in exclusive covered garage, next to the chalet.
  • bedding, blankets, towels, Conventional TV and Signature and a daily unit cleaning service.
  • Pool towels, on request at reception.

Check In and Check Out

  • check-in: 15 hours
  • out (check-out): 14 hours
  • reception: 8 to 24 hours. If you need arrival or departure outside of these hours, it is essential to communicate in advance.
  • some packages of lodging, with different price, establish the possibility of early check-in or late check-out.
  • The interest in postponing the normal departure (14 hours) must be manifested before the reception, which will verify the availability. If possible, the surcharge will be charged at the rate of 20% (twenty percent) of the daily value, for each hour exceeding.
  • it is forbidden to stay in the lodging unit after the expected time for departure. Should this occur, the reception will ask for the vacancy of the room and will issue a fine, corresponding to a daily rate.

Children's Policy

  • We only host adults or young people over fourteen, in this case accompanied by parents and with presentation of identification documentation.
  • Guests can not receive visits accompanied by minors.

Other information

  • We do not have a kennel, nor do we admit pets in the rooms, although they are small.
  • In the rooms that have a fireplace, the guest commits himself to the moderate use of firewood and to keep the door permanently closed.

Additional Values

  • We do not pass on the Tax on Services - ISS, nor do we charge Tourism Tax. The price of telephone calls has no added value.

Service charge

  • In the amount of 10% (ten percent), the service charge is levied solely on the value of the daily and the consumption of meals and beverages. It does not focus on phone calls and consumption of frigo-bar. The service fee is intended to gratify the employees of the inn and pay for extraordinary services such as wi-fi connection, use of dry and steam saunas, daily replenishment of firewood, use of CDs and DVDs and room service.

Proportional Discounts

  • For accommodations for a period equal or superior to three (3) nights, we may offer discounts or advantages proportional to the stay, at our discretion. It is essential to negotiate before booking.

Food and Beverage Expenses

  • Expenses with meals and beverages must be paid in cash at check out, and there are no restrictions on the use of checks and credit cards Rede and Visa.


  • The reserves benefited by the   promotional price   can not be canceled, regardless of the reason given.
  • The conditions for cancellation of the reserves formalized by the normal price are as follows:

(The)   The request for cancellation or change of the reservation date must be formalized by email signed by the person who formalized the reservation and forwarded to the Reservation Center of the inn - - not being accepted cancellations or changes by telephone. .
(B)   up to 15 (fifteen) days prior to the scheduled check-in date: refund of the amount paid by the guest, with a 12% (twelve percent) retention, intended to cover tax expenses, agency fees, credit card and bank charges;
(w)   between 14 (fourteen) and 7 (seven) days prior to the date scheduled for check-in: the amount paid will be converted into credit in favor of the guest or third party indicated by him, valid for 6 (six) months;
(d)   between 6 (six) and 4 days prior: the amount deposited will be lost, but may be converted into credit, as long as the guest authorizes the sale and the reserved unit will be sold for a period equal to or greater than the reservation.
(and)   less than 72 hours: the amount deposited will be lost, whether or not prior notice of non-attendance is made.

  • The withdrawal of the lodging at check-in or during the lodging, for whatever reason, does not give right to return the amounts paid
